Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for physical items that are:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Returned in original packaging
To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of certain products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Digital downloads
- Printable materials once accessed or downloaded
- Personalized or custom items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please reach out within 5 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will make it right—either through a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
